1982-1988
Education and First Steps
Our founder Bahattin Kepenek successfully completed Electronics in 1982 and Istanbul Technical University Civil Engineering in 1988. After graduation, he quickly entered the sector.
1988-1993
First Projects in the Sector
The journey that started with small-scale construction projects in the early years grew rapidly thanks to a quality and trust-focused approach. It became known in the sector with principles of customer satisfaction and transparency.
1994-2000
Growing Projects and First Successes
In the mid-1990s, larger housing projects were signed. Projects carried out in the Avsallar region contributed to the development of the region and increased the reliability of the Kep brand.
2000-2010
Investments in Tourism and Services
Stepped into tourism: Investments were made such as Esma Apart Hotel, Lider Sports Center and Hanedan Restaurant. New successes were achieved in both housing and service areas.
2010-2020
Modernization and New Generation Management
In the 2010s, transition was made to digitalization and modern management systems. The organizational structure was strengthened with the new generation management staff and service quality was increased.
2020-Present
Kep Organization and Future Vision
In 2020, all units were united under the Kep Organization umbrella. Today, we continue to provide services focused on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction with Kep Homes, Kep Guide, Kep Finance, Kep Legal and many other units.
